Both teams are looking for a shot to play the well-rested Cavaliers (they’ll have had 10 days off by the time the ECF start). Tonight at 8PM, the Boston Celtics take on the Washington Wizards in a matchup for the ages.
Celtics vs. Wizards
Thomas vs. Wall
Oubre vs. Olynyk, round 2 (hopefully)
I don’t want to see anyone injured or suspended, because I will inevitably be rooting for whoever wins tonight’s game when they face the Cavs, but a little dust-up or shouting match isn’t too much to ask, is it? The thing I’ve disliked most about this series is that there haven’t been many competitive games. Game 2 went into OT, and in game 6, John Wall hit a game winning 3 pointer with just seconds left on the clock. The four other games have been blowouts.
DB’s not-too-bold prediction: The Celtics win it at home in a 10 point game. Maybe I’ll look like an idiot for not betting on the best player in the series (John wall over IT by a nose) to win it for their team, but we’ll see. Let me know who you guys think will win, and why I’m wrong!
