Does Anybody Know What I Wanted to Blog About Tonight?

I swear to God this happens to me about 10 times a week, but today it’s really pissing me off. I had a really good blog idea this morning around 9:30 but now I can’t remember what it was. I can’t even tell you the general theme or subject. Was it sports? Was it something to do with pop culture? I have no fucking clue.

I already have a hard enough time blogging because I’ll think of something throughout the day and by the time I get home I either lose motivation because my couch is comfortable or I eat too much for dinner and pass out before I start my 6-hour Hulu marathon that takes me right up to 2am, assuring only 3.5 hours of undiagnosed sleep apnea slumber. So, when I come home from work and get motivated to write, there’s nothing more frustrating that not remembering what I wanted to write about.

I know what you’re thinking. Why didn’t I write my idea down on a Post-It or small piece of paper? I couldn’t because I was walking to the convenience store to get my 2nd Monster of the day (see previous comment about my wonderful sleep schedule). Ok, so that excuse is out of the way. Why didn’t I make myself a note on the Notes app on my phone? Well, my Notes app is on the second page of my home screen in a random folder and I always forget where it is, so I hate looking for it. I should probably just move it next time I find it, but at that point I’ll just be distracted by something else and end up looking at all the recipes I’ve saved but never plan to cook because the drive thru is easier and there isn’t a kitchen exactly halfway between work and my house. Who wants to get home, cook for 30 minutes and then eat? Who knows if I’d even want what I cooked after waiting that long to eat?

If I ever remember what I was supposed to blog about, you’ll be the first to know. I just hope it was something funny because everything else about my sports life is depressing as fuck right now.
