I’m sure by now you’ve seen about a million blogs, articles and podcast hosts list their WrestleMania 34 predictions. For the most part, you can usually tell how the show is going to go based on the Vegas betting odds and looking ahead at which Superstars are scheduled for work outside of the wrestling ring, etc.
I try to avoid those unless I don’t have much invested in the pay-per-view, and WrestleMania would qualify as one of those special occasions where I’m doing everything within my power to avoid any potential spoilers. Las Vegas is a familiar place for a long time UFC star like Ronda Rousey. On Sunday she officially signed her WWE contract and will now enter the world of sports entertainment. She entered with the same name, same music, but the brand she is representing is different.

It’s going to be an ugly AFC North slugfest on Sunday. Any time these two teams get together, there’s going to be fireworks, and you can guarantee that both teams’ fans will be bitching about how dirty the other team played. In my experience, one of the two teams’ fans have been 100% justified in their complaints and the other team should quit whining because the one time that they actually did fall victim to a dirty play it helped them Steel a playoff victory. I won’t say which team is which though because Wake Up With Whitty is a place of love and acceptance so we should all just put aside the hate for a moment. Ok, moment’s over: I hate Pittsburgh. Welcome to another Raw Recap with Jefe; where I breakdown the latest episode of RAW and offer my predictions on future matches. Tonight’s Raw featured the continued development of storylines that should carry into SummerSlam. Last nights pay per view (Great Balls of Fire) in my opinion was an amazing success. It brought back flashes of the “Attitude Era” with a brutal end to the Ambulance Match. Titles were retained, friendships were ended, and rivalries continued. So what happened on tonight’s RAW?
