On today’s episode of the Nati Boys podcast, we talk about the excitement and staleness of a new Bengals season with the first preseason game happening this week. We also talk about the depressing Reds with all of their injuries, and we discuss the first episode of Hard Knocks with the Cleveland Browns. Our fantasy draft this week is of things we’d like to see covered in the Hard Knocks documentary style. Enjoy the show!
The Nati Boys (minus DB) are talking Bengals training camp this week as the NFL preseason is officially underway. We also discuss the MLB trade deadline, which passed earlier this week. While the Reds did make one move at the deadline, there were a few more that we expected to see, which inspired our fantasy draft of trades we’d most like to make.
Mac is a back after a one-week hiatus, and he addresses the Coneygate allegations from last week’s podcast. The Nati Boys discuss how much longer Matt Harvey will be in Cincinnati, and we talk about the fire alarm incident at the Reds/Cardinals game this week and how triggered Cardinals fans got over it on Twitter. We wrap up the show with a discussion on the upcoming Bengals training camp, which was the inspiration for our fantasy draft of things we wish we had a training camp for.
Will this dude ever learn? Vontaze Burfict wasn’t passed on by all other teams in the 2012 NFL Draft because he’s not talented. He could be one of the best linebackers in the NFL. The other 31 teams in the NFL were smart enough not to draft him because of shit like this.
